At Discover Lebanon Tours, we provide private tours and airport transfer services.
Because our services are reserved exclusively for each client, refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the timing of cancellation.

We aim to remain fair while ensuring smooth operations.

 

🚗 Airport Transfers (BEY & City Transfers)

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

Delays caused by flight changes or traffic are handled with flexibility when communicated in advance.

 

🗺️ Private Tours (Full-Day & Custom Tours)

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before tour start time are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before tour start time may be eligible for a partial refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable

 

💸 Payments & Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, when possible

• Processing time depends on the payment provider (bank, card, or online gateway)

• Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable

 

⚠️ Force Majeure

 

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions

• Security or safety situations

• Government restrictions or road closures

• Natural disasters or major disruptions
